2- Put your hands behind your head, tilt your head toward your right shoulder and look to the upper left corner of your eyes for 10 seconds.
3- Bring your head back to center, take an inhale for a count of 4 and exhale through your mouth, for a count of 8, while sticking your tongue out.
4- Repeat the head tilt on the other side, followed by the inhale and open mouth exhale.
