In the previous blog you explored the colors red, yellow and orange and today we’ll focus on the colors green, purple and blue, brown and white
Green:
Emotional wisdom, compassion, the breath, forgiveness, joy and love. The LOVE system encompasses the physical heart which sits deep in the center of the body and the lungs. It also governs the breasts, shoulders, arms, hands and finally the blood vessels.
Green fruits and vegetables are some of the healthiest foods you can eat. They’re rich in lutein, isothiocyanates, isoflavones, and vitamin K, which is essential for blood and bone health. Green vegetables are also rich in folate, a nutrient especially important for pregnant women to consume to help prevent congenital disabilities.
Support the LOVE system by eating more green color food such as:
Spinach

Purple & Blue:
Purple: Truth, authenticity, freedom, expression and surrender. The TRUTH system lands deep in your throat where much activity takes place: talking, hearing, chewing, swallowing and breathing. It provides us with the senses of hearing, smell and taste and encourages you to use the courage of your heart to express your beliefs, opinions and feelings.
Blue: Concentration, dream, insight, intuition, sleep, vision and wisdom. The INSIGHT system gives you the tools you need to access who you really are. It includes the eyes, forehead and the pituitary gland. It also oversees the brain and thoughts.
Blue and purple fruits and vegetables are rich in anthocyanins and resveratrol and have been studied extensively for their anticancer and anti aging properties. Studies show that the bioactive phytochemicals in berries work to repair damage from oxidative stress and inflammation. The anthocyanins in blueberries and red grapes may help reduce the risk for heart disease, cognitive decline, and type 2 diabetes, as well as support healthy weight maintenance and a normal inflammatory response.
Support your TRUTH and INSIGHT by eating more purple and blue color food such as:

Spirit, connection, purpose, radiance, soul and universe. The SPIRIT system contains your belief about something greater than yourself and allows you to feel a sense of awe and wonder at the experience of living. This is about the non visible parts of you.
Garlic and onions are in the allium family of vegetables and contain the powerful health-promoting compounds allicin and quercetin. Aged Garlic has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, and anti-allergic effects, even more so than raw garlic. And phytonutrients in white button mushrooms have been found to inhibit aromatase activity and breast cancer cell proliferation.
Support your spirit by eating more brown and white color food such as:
